Kottabos\u00ae repr\u00e9sente deux histoires en une : l’histoire li\u00e9e \u00e0 la marque et l’identit\u00e9 propre des bi\u00e8res. Mais en les racontant, nous nous rendons compte qu’elles sont indissociables. Notre identit\u00e9 est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9e \u00e0 ces atmosph\u00e8res de myst\u00e8re et de tradition que nous avons recherch\u00e9es dans un pass\u00e9 pas si lointain, fait d’exp\u00e9riences fantastiques et d’\u00e9motions intenses. L’esprit dans lequel nous avons tremp\u00e9 nos compositions est l\u00e9ger et insouciant, mais si subtilement s\u00e9duisant qu’il capture imm\u00e9diatement l’esprit et le c\u0153ur.
