A beer characterised by a fine bitterness and a persistent medium-grained foam. The taste is marked by pleasant citrusy and tropical notes, such as grapefruit, mango, passion fruit and white grapes. Fresh, biscuity bread aromas are perceived on the finish, giving a toasty flavour.
