Ipazia

It has a soft, very pleasant, smooth and clean mouthfeel. At first it is almost sweet, the bitterness lingers up until the end, when it arrives, fruity and citrusy. The bitterness of the hops remains and grows in the end, leaving a pleasant, elegant, grassy-citrusy sensation of tartness.

Especially good with succulent dishes such as roast lamb, baked chicken, pork and barbecued beef. Excellent with Tex-Mex dishes that are not too spicy and with aged hard cheeses.
